What is DEET?

The proper name is "diethyltoluamide." DEET is highly effective as an insect repellent, but its use is limited for babies and children:
- Do not use on infants under 6 months old.
- For children aged 6 months to under 2 years, use up to once per day.
- For children aged 2 years to under 12 years, use 1 to 3 times per day.

How to use

Before use, shake the bottle well and spray from a distance of 10-20 cm from your skin. To maintain sun protection, it is recommended to reapply every 2-3 hours. Additionally, reapply as needed after sweating or wiping with a towel.

After use, rinse off with water.

For babies: Using once per day on the face, arms, and legs will last approximately 3.5 months.
For adults: Using once per day on the face, arms, and legs will last approximately 2 months.

Q. Is there a recommended way to use Non-Chemical UV Milk and UV & Outdoor Spray differently?
A. Non-Chemical UV Milk is recommended for the face, which tends to dry out easily, while UV & Outdoor Spray is recommended for areas like arms and legs that are prone to insect bites. You can also use different products for the face and body. Additionally, you can layer them.

It's recommended for outdoor activities or when you want to quickly apply sunscreen while worrying about sunburn or insect bites in places like parks. It can also be used on hard-to-reach areas such as the back or back of the neck.

A. It is fragrance-free.

Q. Does it have an expiration date?
A. If unopened, it has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture. After opening, it is recommended to use it as soon as possible, aiming for around 2 to 3 months, depending on storage conditions.
*When storing, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.

The quality of the product may vary depending on the usage and storage conditions. Therefore, if you haven't used the product for a long time after opening it, we recommend using a new product.

Q. My baby licked the product. Is there any problem?
A. It is made with 100% natural and gentle ingredients, but if you notice any abnormalities in your child or if they accidentally ingest a large amount, please consult a specialist medical institution or the Japan Poison Information Center (Poison 110: https://www.j-poison-ic.jp) immediately.
Additionally, if you have any allergies, be sure to conduct a patch test before use.
