Prohibited items

If the customer falls under any of the following conditions, the online store may refuse the order unconditionally, regardless of the status of the contract:

- If there is a delay or non-performance in the payment obligations, such as fees
- If the payment cannot be made with a card for an application made through card payment
- If the order is placed using someone else's internet member ID and password without authorization or by unauthorized use
- If the order is placed by someone under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent
- If the online store cannot contact the customer through the notified contact methods such as phone, fax, email, etc.
- If the customer does not respond to inquiries regarding the order from the online store
- If the online store determines that the order is for the purpose of resale or preparation for resale
- If the order exceeds the quantity normally used by end users and the reason is not clear
- If the online store determines that multiple returns or exchanges have been made, making normal transactions difficult
- If there is a violation of these terms and conditions or shopping guide
- If the online store deems the customer inappropriate as a member for any other reason
- If the online store receives an order that exceeds the quantity limit set by our company's standards for sales conditions

- Until it becomes clear that there are no issues with the situations mentioned in the previous items, the online store may suspend shipment. Even if the online store takes the measures mentioned in the previous two items and the customer incurs any disadvantages or damages, the online store shall not be held responsible for them.

 

Agenda items and agreement jurisdiction

In the event of any issues arising between the user and the online store, both parties shall make sincere efforts to resolve them through consultation. Despite the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the consultation fails to resolve the issue, both the user and the online store shall agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for the filing of lawsuits, mediation requests, and other legal proceedings.
