However, it is effective against non-enveloped viruses, which alcohol does not effectively target.

VS Hypochlorous Acid Water (Mild/Weakly Acidic): 
This disinfectant works by reacting with organic matter, which means it may not be effective when applied to dirty surfaces. Additionally, it is considered unsuitable for spraying applications. However, it is effective against non-enveloped viruses, which alcohol does not effectively target.

Proof of Strong Disinfection - White Crystals

The white crystals of calcium hydroxide formed by the reaction of specialized water, which results in a higher pH level, are proof of the overwhelming disinfecting effect of strong alkalinity. Q. Is it safe to use on hands and fingers?
A. Due to the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Act, we cannot recommend its use on hands and fingers as a brand, but all items in four safety tests conducted by the Japan Food Research Laboratories, including skin irritation tests and tests for accidental ingestion, have proven to be within the safety range.

A. As you continue to use the product, white crystals of calcium hydroxide, which reacts with the special water to become higher in pH, may appear. These crystals are essential to produce the overwhelming disinfection effect at a pH of 12.4 or higher. There is no problem with the efficacy or safety, so please use it with confidence.

Q. The pump is clogged, what should I do?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the clogging. If the pump part is not pressing down, you may try the following:

The product may have crystallized inside the pump due to the nature of the product.
Clear the nozzle using a toothpick or similar tool.
Soak the nozzle in warm water (acetic acid is the most effective) and pump several dozen times. The crystals will dissolve and the spraying may improve.

A. If unopened, it lasts for three years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, its effectiveness may decrease due to oxidation deterioration, so please use it as soon as possible.

A. The calcium hydroxide used in this product is the main ingredient, produced using only scallop shells of less than one year old (about 365 days) through a unique special manufacturing method.
